Max Planck Digital Library: Open Access Publishing Platform
In 2020, the Max Planck Digital Library (MPDL) commissioned us to build a website for their open-access agreements with academic publishers. Together we tackled the challenge of translating the client’s ideas into a practical design and delivered a user-friendly, multilingual site. This project not only improved access to research literature at German institutions but also showcased our ability to turn client visions into effective digital solutions — a key win in our portfolio.

NGS Global: Relaunch of the Corporate Website with Joomla 5
For NGS Global, a globally operating executive search consultancy, we implemented a full corporate website relaunch on Joomla 5. Alongside a modern, responsive design, the work focused on integrating GDPR-compliant solutions, optimizing SEO metadata, and smartly linking articles and case studies via a tagging system.

Metaphacts: Redesign, Migration & Relaunch
In 2021 Metaphacts planned a website redesign, keeping Joomla as the CMS and migrating the existing “Resource Hub”. The client wanted a special, tech-centered design while staying within a defined budget. Our challenge: aligning design and budget. Despite some development hurdles, the project resulted in a successful, long-term client relationship.

Munich Vocational Schools: Ten Websites Built with a Site Builder
In 2018 we developed a Joomla website for the Alice Bendix Vocational School Center in Munich. Thanks to the success of this project and the support of the City of Munich, we were able to efficiently roll out ten more school websites by reusing common elements.

PavingExpert: Migration to Joomla & Matomo Tracking
In 2019 we took on the complex task of migrating Tony McCormack’s informative paving site to Joomla. The project included a full redesign and a content restructure. We managed to keep the site’s strong SEO rankings and significantly improved user engagement and experience, bringing the website into a new era.

msg Career Portal: Development of a Recruitment Portal
On behalf of msg systems, an IT solutions provider with over 8,500 employees, we developed a Joomla-based career portal for IT professionals in 2020. The portal lists over 350 job openings and is integrated with existing internal systems to enable seamless data import and export. The portal’s quality was officially recognized when msg placed 3rd in a German study of online career platforms.
