We apply updates within the current major version regularly (at least twice a month). Critical security patches are usually rolled out within 24 hours. Most issues are fixed within the plan.

In the ENTERPRISE plan, yes: every update goes through staging first. In the BUSINESS plan, we test high-risk updates on a copy or deploy them outside peak hours.
You can cancel monthly at the end of any month. No long-term lock-in beyond the first billing cycle.
